While entering the Yostream Studio, your browser asks permission to access the microphone and camera. If mistakenly or for any reason, you deny the permission, then your stream will have no audio or video inputs. Let's figure out how to re-enable these permissions:
If You're Using Mozilla Firefox:
Instead of clicking Allow, you've clicked Block.
In the address bar, you can see the disabled icons of the mic and camera.
With a single click on icons, you'll see two boxes in front of them, both having the text Blocked Temporarily.
Click both boxes and refresh the page. You can see the dialog box once again. Click Allow.
You've now permitted your browser to access the mic and camera. Join the room and enjoy streaming.
If You're Using Google Chrome:
Likewise Mozilla Firefox, you clicked Block instead of Allow in your Google Chrome browser.
After clicking the padlock icon, you can see that microphone and camera have been disabled.
Toggle both devices to allow access.
Reload the page. Your Chrome browser is now accessing your mic and camera, and you can join the room.
If You're Using Microsoft Edge:
You clicked Block denying permission to access mic and camera.
Click the lock icon in the address bar. You can see that permission for the camera and mic has been blocked.
Click the dropdown menus of both devices and select Allow.
Refresh the page and you're ready to join the room.
